Autonation ford has by far been the most seamless dealership, i?ve boughten many many cars before and i have to say autonation ford has been the best so far. Paloma is the assosiate that helped us and she has been very professional with us and really helped us with the process . And the manager peter i think is his name has also been very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue with our car we bought but he took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely consider working with autonation and paloma in the future

I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! And I appreciated that tremendously. A few weeks later we decided it was the right vehicle for her and I gave him a call and he won our business.

We drove 5 hrs to purchase our vehicle and it was well worth the drive. We bought a used car and we were treated like we won the lottery and we’re buying a dozen new ones!! It was a pleasure to deal with both Chad and Aaron. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal, the hangup was completely on my end. The team was extremely patient and accommodating with me, and tried their best finding a solution. The truck in question was in great condition and was honestly a gem, it just wasn't meant to be in this case. Although this dealership is far from me I will continue to keep an eye on their inventory, as it would be a pleasure to make a deal with them in the future.
