We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! Went in to have car serviced. We had bought and extended warranty and all went well. Service Rep was very good. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Everything from making the appointment to dropping the truck off to the work getting done in the time window promised was excellent. Ashley (my service advisor) was great and very helpful.

They offered 6%interest rate We were able to contact our cr union that offered less interest rate which then Auto nation matched and then added $4k service plan The contract does not show specifics what service plan covers

Overall very good experience. Staff was all friendly and easy to deal with. Staff was able to answer all my questions and tried hard to find what I was looking for.

The sales team was very prompt on getting back to us when we inquired about our vehicle. They were also very informative on the product and were able to answer whatever questions we had for them. Once we were to the point of agreement on the price of the vehicle they were always helpful with the rest of the sale all the way thru the sales contract.
