We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! We were shopping for a New 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid and found the PERFECT car for us. We then test drove the car and it had NO problems. The car was ship shape and we came in to buy it. The staff didn't rush us and we got a heck of a deal. The Simoniz was a great purchase and nothing has happened related to dealer problems. We went in for a backup camera repair and they were quick and easy to work with. The car has lasted us an amazing 1 year and we have had to do minimal repairs! The aggressive, upfront pricing is what originally caused me to call, but Corey (Sales) is the one who truly closed the deal on my amazing new Ford Ranger. I flew in to pick it up, and Corey made the logistics effortless. He was communicative, handled the paperwork remotely, and was waiting promptly at the airport to pick me up. The pricing was exactly as agreed—no surprises—and the registration fees actually came in lower than estimated. Where this team really impressed me, though, was how they handled a hurdle. We discovered a potentially serious PDI issue right at delivery. Instead of making me wait or delaying my trip home, Brad (Manager) and Corey treated it with absolute urgency. They immediately rushed the truck into service and, incredibly, pulled parts off another unit on the lot just to ensure I could get on the road that same day. That level of problem-solving is rare. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tim in Finance. I walked in as a "hard no" on all insurance products. Tim was patient, honest, and explained the benefits without being pushy. I left with zero pressure and two separate deal sheets to consider at my own pace. It’s easy to see why their rating is so high. If you want a dealer that honors their pricing and fixes problems immediately, ask for Corey. And I know Kendall already has a 4.8-star rating, so they probably don't need another review, but the team here—specifically Corey, Brad, and Tim—earned this one.

Autonation ford has by far been the most seamless dealership, i?ve boughten many many cars before and i have to say autonation ford has been the best so far. Paloma is the assosiate that helped us and she has been very professional with us and really helped us with the process . And the manager peter i think is his name has also been very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue with our car we bought but he took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely consider working with autonation and paloma in the future

Dropped off at noon and picked up at 4. Place was very crowded when I dropped off. Calm when I picked up. I was attended to in the order I arrived.

This is the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in the quad cities. I've bought a truck from Mills, an SUV from Lujacks, and a car from Courtesy. The only buying experience I recommend, is from Dahl. Not only are the sales personnel not pushy (ask for Travis, you'll have a great experience.), the finance department will go to great lengths to get you an awesome rate. I had a great experience, and would recommend them to anyone that was interested in buying a new Ford.
