I had the oil changed in my automobile and the Service was completed. There was not a long waiting time. I was able to wait and did not need to leave my car.

IDK how "non-commisioned sales" works. But it produced a very rewarding shopping experience for us. Joseph, our sales rep, listened and made suggestions that were spot-on. Great service manager Recall was fixed and SUV was ready to go in no time. Waiting area is comfortable and coffee was a real pluse.

Tanner took real good care of my vehicle with my request for an oil change etc. He told me that it would take a little bit over an hour and sure enough, it took about an hour and 10 minutes.

Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly.
