The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. My expectations were met for term, APR and price. Our sales team members were helpful and accommodating. They did their best to get us a good deal. Overall 4hrs for the whole purchase. The sales manager was very nice and helpful. The car is exactly what we wanted a decent price. We really appreciate that there was not a lot of back and forth (some but not a lot). Over all a very good experience with the sales team. However with the finance person, about the extra warranty and gap insurance, that experience was pushy and uncomfortable insisting several times (how many times do i need to say no?). We understand is part of the process, but could be improved.

Salesman was very nice and helpful. But, the figure he gave us over the phone was different once we arrived at dealer. There were several extra warranties added. But we were able to negotiate and get those removed. The main issue we have is with the trade in evaluator on their web sight. The evaluation showed an estimate of $5,500.00. We were very honest about the truck, which was in good shape for the age of the vehicle and had many extras added on to it. When receiving the breakdown at the dealer they offer us only $2,000.00. This was very insulting, we know that was an estimate but they came no where near what the vehicle was worth. Thus having to make a decision to leave without making the purchase or continue negotiate which we did and ended up paying more than we planned on doing.
