Recently bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I had some reservations buying a vehicle that I had never seen (I am in Virginia Beach, VA), but I was provided ample pictures to determine the vehicle condition. They were very helpful and answered all of my additional questions over the phone. The Carfax checked out, and the purchase was easy. The Highland Park staff even helped arrange the vehicle shipping. Within three days of my deposit the vehicle arrived at my house. Condition was exactly as described.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

Replaced 25 year old work truck with a 5 year old F-250. These guys gave me a great deal, and allowed me to take the truck to my mechanic before I bought it. Checked out great.

Only mechanical thing I will complain about is the lead frame. But other than that best body style and year of f150s in the 21st century. I'm elated with it and the performance. Comfort, power and style this truck has it all. I have a platinum in white and love it.

My dad and I went here on Saturday to look at a couple trucks. They basically gave us the run of the place and left us alone while we inspected the trucks we were interested in. They offered to let us test drive any vehicle we wanted. Everyone here was super nice and they don't pressure you to buy. They still didn't pressure us to buy even after we had decided that we weren't going to purchase on Saturday yet. All of the trucks that I viewed here were rust free trucks.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.

Basically I was inquiring about a car and receive a quick reply. Unfortunately the car was missing a feature that was of interest to me so I did not pursue it but the saleswoman was nice and transparent with me and answered my question with honesty and accuracy.

I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

Original owner of a 2014 F150 XLT 5.0L engine, short bed. I use it for lots of towing, hauling and long distance driving and it's frequently exposed to harsh environments from chemical refineries to heavy snow and salt. I've done regular oil changes and tire rotations on this truck up to 130k miles. Experienced zero major problems. The only issues with towing are the length of trailer which does push the vehicle around some (driving at recommended speeds of 65mph or less solves this). The tow mode conflicts with the cruise control feature (do not use cruise for hills). Completing recommended maintenance and tuneups makes a notable difference in engine and tow performance. The only parts I've had to replace aside from glass have been a battery, AC blower vent doors with actuators. The full leather interior has held up extremely well with front seat protectors (slight abrasions on driver seat). Console only shows wear with the power button for the heat/AC. Exterior has no rust except a normal even patina in wheel wells (original exhaust good).

I loved my 2012 Raptor for 12 years and had only 1 issue when front wheel drive vacuum system started going out and needed new vacuum lines when it was almost 10 years old. The only reason I traded up was the new 2024 Raptor R is just that awesome!!

I bought my F 150 Lariet new in September 2008. It has been a good truck. I have a problem with what the dealer says is a fan behind the dashboard. When using A/C or fan control I get an annoying rattle from the dash. The dealer quotes $1,500. For repairs. This is outrageous. I can't believe I am the only owner with this issue. Should maybe be under recall?

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. I own a 2014 f150 xlt super crew 4x4 with the 3.5 Ecoboost, tow package, off road package, and this is by far the best all around working mans truck to say the least. ford fixed some issues that came with the 2011-2012 3.5 engines and did a fantastic job with the 2013-2014's. pros: can tow up too 12,000 lbs "ive pushed it past that but not recommended'. the 3.5 has 2 borgewarner 1.18 liter turbos that really give it that extra get up but also great fuel milage when your foot is not in it. i have an SCT X4 5 star 91 octane tune on mine and let me tell you, not any chevy 5.3- 6.0 or 6.2 or ram 5.7- 6.4 can compete with it performance or tow wise. also note, i do not beat this truck, it is my daily driver but i do use it for what its meant to do, tow, work, 4x4 ect. if you add performance parts i highly recommend you know what your doing. keep up with the maintenance and it will last forever. Now the CONS- cheap interior plastic design compared to other competitors trucks, can run regular gas but its recommended to use mid grade or premium for all around fuel efficiency and engine life, do not use engine fuel/ octane boosters! all aluminum engine is good but bad if it runs to hot for to long as your heads will warp. rough ride compared to other trucks. other than that this truck is as solid as they come. (2014 was the last year the f150 had a steel body) they went to aluminum bodys/frames in 2015

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.
