I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I loved my 2012 Raptor for 12 years and had only 1 issue when front wheel drive vacuum system started going out and needed new vacuum lines when it was almost 10 years old. The only reason I traded up was the new 2024 Raptor R is just that awesome!!

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. A good truck but I think was built on a Friday. Ive had trucks of other makes including Ford which I have preferred for last 10 years. This truck has spent its fair share of time at the dealer for minor things dash rattle, rear diff leak, 2x rear main engine seal leak, transfer case leak etc, rough 3rd-5th shifts when freezing and cold for first few blocks. All of which Ford has fixed on warranty. I had a 2018 f-150 with same powertrain that never had an issue sooo like I said I think was built on a Friday. Looks good inside and out. The cold start turbo waste-gate rattle is annoying. Gets better than advertised gas mileage tho. 4x4, towing and winter driving are great. Wish Ford would offer a model like the Silverado RST just leather premium audio and a corvette engine in a truck that can tow over 10k. Tired of up selling for features I want with garbage safety or tech features like drive assist etc. Augmented v8 notes r annoying and I miss limited slip. Would I buy another? Yes. Will I? Depends on if Fords reputation, reviews and reliability as usual.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I have had absolutely no issues with my pickup, F150 Eco. It isn't the greatest on mileage, probably in the area of 17 but I'm not complaining. I'll say this, when I'm driving 65 and have to pass on a 2 lane road and I kick it down, it gets up there immediately. Not one issue with the engine. I just spun 39,000 on it.

I have had this 2017 Ford F 150 V 8 super cab truck for less than a month. I put about 400 miles on it, city and highway. I have had it in 4 wheel drive 1 time. (Very light 4 wheeling). I like the power, and interior. I am using it for work. However the over all verdict is still out for me. Time will tell. I also have a 2007 F 150 V 6 work truck that has done me well. Some front end work, a couple of sensors and regular maintenance. 127,000 miles.
