Joe (Joseph Guerrera) has been the service advisor I have interacted with at Crown Volvo since I moved to Florida 4 years ago. His customer service skills are flawless and top notched - as if he knows me and my car personally. Always suggestive of services and supportive in deciding which ones are essential and top priority. Most recently I had an engine coolant issue and had my Volvo towed to Crown Volvo. Joe called me to get the details first thing and got right to fixing the issue and performing the maintenance that was due soon, all at once even on a Saturday! My car was ready that afternoon. We did postpone a suggested service since the parts were not readily available, but I will be back to get that done as well. I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

I loved my 2012 Raptor for 12 years and had only 1 issue when front wheel drive vacuum system started going out and needed new vacuum lines when it was almost 10 years old. The only reason I traded up was the new 2024 Raptor R is just that awesome!!

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I bought my truck new and it's still running great with over 260K miles. I changed the oil every 3K then switched years ago to synthetic and know every 5K and transmission fluid every 30K. I maintain the vehicle when required per owners manual if not before. This truck has gone everywhere hunting and driving the back roads of Arizona and now Alabama. Never had a quad or sidexside as my truck served that roll. Very satisfied as vehicle has cost me on average $154.33 a month to maintain over the past 238 months since new.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

Good truck except the 5.4 just needs some bullet proofing which can be done but at a cost. Otherwise the motor is strong and will last once the cam phasers are locked out. 220k miles and strong. These trucks drive nice and there’s a reason they’re the best selling vehicle in America for 40 years.

Bought a 2014 Prius C here with minimal brain damage. Carfax was not provided, so I had to get it on my own. They have many cars with mileage less than 60,000 and prices less than $10,000. Dealer lots only have 1 or 2. The lot is small. Andre and Viktor took good care of me. I bought a used car that I expect will last another 8 to 10 years and get 50 mpg to boot!

Love my truck! Comfortable, decent on gas, excellent options (I have the FX4 package). Bought used in 2021, drives and looks brand new. Took it to the dealership for service and some repair work, and they wanted to buy it from me!!

I love my truck it has 122000 mikes in it. Repairs on wheels bearing, 1000.00 per wheel 700.00 shift actuator assembly. Has a random periodic 2 sec hesitation every once and awhile but goes right back to normal diving with not codes or check engine light ever on. Not fixed it pulls my 2 horse trailer loaded with 2 heavy horses with no problem..

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

This 2012 f150 3.7L 4x4 supercab is an awesome truck. Very stylish. Not bad on fuel mileage. This truck has plenty of power even though it isn't a v8. It did come with tow package and does a great job.

Bought-2001 F-150 King Ranch Crew Cab, 5.4, 4x4, 4 seat Sport interior, with every option available that year. Today, has 317,632 miles and never worked on exept for normal maintenance items, and runs perfect, getting around 14 mpg. Pull my boat, 9 tons from Fla, to NC including it's 310 gallons of fuel at 52 mph the whole trip. Do I love this truck? You better believe it, not another truck anywhere could preform like this, and it had, 270,000 miles on it when I bought it!!!!
