Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I'll I recently had to have my car serviced for my airbag light that came on. I can't say enough about how great their service department is. Doug Nolan went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. He kept me informed all along the way and explained everything in full that was being done. I can't thank him enough. I also want to thank Nick who helped me when I needed a new battery, and Jake for all his hard work he did on my car. Miles has the best service department and highly recommend. I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I usually write reviews when I absolutely hate something, but this time I really wanted to let everyone know how AWESOME this place is! So here it goes... I was in need for a new car and needed it fast. I was very limited on money with it being so close to Christmas. I stopped by several other car lots around town and all they wanted to do was get me into something that I would have to finance through them at a ridiculously high interest rate. I was getting pretty discouraged and was beginning to think that this was going to be my only option until I stopped into this lot. I explained my situation to them and Matt was so accommodating and helpful. He listened to me and stuck within my price range instead of trying to get me into something more expensive like everyone else did. Their prices and mileages also seemed lower from all the other lots I had been to. Matt let me take one of cars I was considering for a few days which wasn't even a possibility with the other lots even with my down payment! What impressed me the most was that Matt and Mark went the extra step above and to my very pleasant surprise found me, not 1 but 2, of the cars I really wanted!!! Who actually does that anymore? I can positively tell you that none of the other place I went to did! I am now a very happy owner of a 2010 Lincoln MKS thanks to Matt and Mark!!!

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

My wife and I met Dave who was really great to work with. He explained key features of the vehicles and had great information as well. The process was really easy. No hassle, and most of all they gave us a great deal for our trade-in and the prices are competitive. Will be going back again for our next vehicle.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

We drove 2 1/2 hours one way to a dealership we had never seen, not knowing what to expect. This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Chrissy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She tries her hardest to make sure customers leave with the car of their dream. I have not-so-great credit and she went back and forth to make sure I got approved and had a monthly payment I was happy with. I strongly recommend talking to her if you’re in the market for a new or used car.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

We didn't end up getting a van there or anywhere. We loved their helpfulness with trying to get us the best loan possible and low payments but in the end the lender not the dealer just couldn't give us the low payment that we needed to get a van. So we are still saving and hope that with more of a down payment we can have a newer van by this summer from them. Again so kind and helpful can't wait to work with them again.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

i am not one to write a review on anything i get right off the bat just the way i am. i have been looking for a car for six months again you can see no hurry with me . i have been to other dealers and you cant get out the car and someone is trying to sell you a car .come on in and we will give you about half what your your cars worth. well a few of theses and i was keeping my car i am not giving it away no matter how i want another car. well i got on the internet and seen a couple of cars i was interested in went to bob ridings and looked around found one i liked talked to ron pritchard and traded for a good price . i am just saying before i would buy somewhere i would give bob ridings a try.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

We recently purchased our sixth vehicle from bob ridings. The two salesmen that we had purchased thru are no longer at this dealership, so that's all there is to say about that....but the service department is why we keep coming back. JAY, TRAVIS and the rest of the service department are top notch. whenever we had a problem they took care of what ever it might be. Recently, our battery died on our new car. With a phone call, they came and picked up the vehicle and fixed the problem, then delivered the car back to our home while we were at work! So the car was ready when we came home. There are more examples, but I'll keep this short. The bottom line is, this service department is why we continually purchase, happily, from bob ridings.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!
