High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Let me begin by saying if you're in the market for a used car you need to talk to these guys. Super professional, cordial, helpful, and absolutely easiest to deal with. I drove 8 hours from PA to pick my 2006 Bentley, and simply had them best car buying experience ever, and I've purchased a few cars in my time. Lol. Knowing I had a long ride home. 2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

I loved my 2012 Raptor for 12 years and had only 1 issue when front wheel drive vacuum system started going out and needed new vacuum lines when it was almost 10 years old. The only reason I traded up was the new 2024 Raptor R is just that awesome!!

Paid off, Now the Heater doesn’t work, Left wiper arm fell off in the rain. Shifter knocks/Clunks, Otherwise reliable truck. Need heating to work please.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

My 2002 F150 is still on the road with 299,000 miles on it. It was bought from a guy in FL, so there is no rust on it. I live in OH and have it oiled underneath every year to protect it from salt damage. Great truck!!

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

STX 4X4 crew cab 2.7 eco. Bought new in Sept 2018. Overall, this truck has been very reliable, albeit a few issues. I’ll list them.. 1st thing was the transmission would slam from 3rd to 4th or 5th gear. Was fixed under warranty with a software re-flash. Then the rear brakes at 30K miles. I ended up doing a brake upgrade all around. It was a huge improvement in performance.. hope they last longer. Then the wiper switch followed by the ACIM for the sync system. That’s it in 6 years. All Maintenance has been kept up with and I've had zero engine issues. I’m at 66000 miles. Comfort on long trips is great and the truck continues to track straight with ease. I replaced the worn tires at 62000 miles with larger Nitto Ridge grapplers which have definitely decreased mpg and acceleration performance but look and perform amazingly in snow. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying another.

Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. Bought-2001 F-150 King Ranch Crew Cab, 5.4, 4x4, 4 seat Sport interior, with every option available that year. Today, has 317,632 miles and never worked on exept for normal maintenance items, and runs perfect, getting around 14 mpg. Pull my boat, 9 tons from Fla, to NC including it's 310 gallons of fuel at 52 mph the whole trip. Do I love this truck? You better believe it, not another truck anywhere could preform like this, and it had, 270,000 miles on it when I bought it!!!!
