Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

Brad did an excellent job going thru my Rogue after I had problems with it. I bought it at the Oak Creek Dealership a few days b4. I was having problems withe the front end lower plate being broken partially off. We took it to the Good Hope Dealership for service. Brad said it needed to have the bottom plate replaced and he would steam clean all the filthy mud stuck under the car. It was even wet in the spare tire compartment. Im told it now was a flood car which I just found out about. I m happy that Brad took care of the problems that should have been taken care of b4 it left the lot in Oak Creek. Thank you Brad.

Only mechanical thing I will complain about is the lead frame. But other than that best body style and year of f150s in the 21st century. I'm elated with it and the performance. Comfort, power and style this truck has it all. I have a platinum in white and love it.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! Original owner of a 2014 F150 XLT 5.0L engine, short bed. I use it for lots of towing, hauling and long distance driving and it's frequently exposed to harsh environments from chemical refineries to heavy snow and salt. I've done regular oil changes and tire rotations on this truck up to 130k miles. Experienced zero major problems. The only issues with towing are the length of trailer which does push the vehicle around some (driving at recommended speeds of 65mph or less solves this). The tow mode conflicts with the cruise control feature (do not use cruise for hills). Completing recommended maintenance and tuneups makes a notable difference in engine and tow performance. The only parts I've had to replace aside from glass have been a battery, AC blower vent doors with actuators. The full leather interior has held up extremely well with front seat protectors (slight abrasions on driver seat). Console only shows wear with the power button for the heat/AC. Exterior has no rust except a normal even patina in wheel wells (original exhaust good).

Follow up review on 2015 online Suburban purchase. Dealership went above and beyond to make things right and actually took responsibility for the items that needed attention. I own a 2014 f150 xlt super crew 4x4 with the 3.5 Ecoboost, tow package, off road package, and this is by far the best all around working mans truck to say the least. ford fixed some issues that came with the 2011-2012 3.5 engines and did a fantastic job with the 2013-2014's. pros: can tow up too 12,000 lbs "ive pushed it past that but not recommended'. the 3.5 has 2 borgewarner 1.18 liter turbos that really give it that extra get up but also great fuel milage when your foot is not in it. i have an SCT X4 5 star 91 octane tune on mine and let me tell you, not any chevy 5.3- 6.0 or 6.2 or ram 5.7- 6.4 can compete with it performance or tow wise. also note, i do not beat this truck, it is my daily driver but i do use it for what its meant to do, tow, work, 4x4 ect. if you add performance parts i highly recommend you know what your doing. keep up with the maintenance and it will last forever. Now the CONS- cheap interior plastic design compared to other competitors trucks, can run regular gas but its recommended to use mid grade or premium for all around fuel efficiency and engine life, do not use engine fuel/ octane boosters! all aluminum engine is good but bad if it runs to hot for to long as your heads will warp. rough ride compared to other trucks. other than that this truck is as solid as they come. (2014 was the last year the f150 had a steel body) they went to aluminum bodys/frames in 2015

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Purchased new in 2013 crewcab with big engine.11 years later and 80,000 highway miles still runs like new. Minor electrical problems and battery drainage when first purchased. Nearly zero problems in 9 years. Great truck!

I absolutely love my new to me 2013 F150. I am a bit frustrated that the engine light came on after 2 days of owning (for reference: 134k miles). Turns out it's a catalytic converter code, which can be cleared, but I am sure the dealership was aware of the issue. So, although I'll be able to clear code and pass emissions-this time. I will need to address the problem sooner vs. later. 99% love this truck. If there was anything I would change it would be the steering column; I wish it either lifted or extended. With my short legs the cab feels a bit snug. Other than that, a VERY nice pickup.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.
