2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I bought my truck new and it's still running great with over 260K miles. I changed the oil every 3K then switched years ago to synthetic and know every 5K and transmission fluid every 30K. I maintain the vehicle when required per owners manual if not before. This truck has gone everywhere hunting and driving the back roads of Arizona and now Alabama. Never had a quad or sidexside as my truck served that roll. Very satisfied as vehicle has cost me on average $154.33 a month to maintain over the past 238 months since new.

Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. I have had absolutely no issues with my pickup, F150 Eco. It isn't the greatest on mileage, probably in the area of 17 but I'm not complaining. I'll say this, when I'm driving 65 and have to pass on a 2 lane road and I kick it down, it gets up there immediately. Not one issue with the engine. I just spun 39,000 on it.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Ford Trucks are the Best! Always have Been! I’d Rather Own a Ford Truck than Any Other! I don’t Care much for Cars! I’m a Ford Fan!

This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

I just purchase a car from these guys. From the moment I called, they had the car pulled up front. To the test drive with Jose'. Very easy person to talk to. To the credit manager, office manager, to the owner. They were all easy to work with. I have never had a more comfortable experience puchasing a car. Just bring your info with you, they even transfered a tag right then in there. I was looking at a few other dealers before going here. I'm sorry I waisted my time with the others. My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I have had many new vehicles and because of this one I probably won't buy another. This truck (F150 FX4 ) Is the best ever. Drives great, tows perfect and has been very reliable. I bought it as a demo in 2006 and have done a small handful of repairs in that time. 16 years-wow!

My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

STX 4X4 crew cab 2.7 eco. Bought new in Sept 2018. Overall, this truck has been very reliable, albeit a few issues. I’ll list them.. 1st thing was the transmission would slam from 3rd to 4th or 5th gear. Was fixed under warranty with a software re-flash. Then the rear brakes at 30K miles. I ended up doing a brake upgrade all around. It was a huge improvement in performance.. hope they last longer. Then the wiper switch followed by the ACIM for the sync system. That’s it in 6 years. All Maintenance has been kept up with and I've had zero engine issues. I’m at 66000 miles. Comfort on long trips is great and the truck continues to track straight with ease. I replaced the worn tires at 62000 miles with larger Nitto Ridge grapplers which have definitely decreased mpg and acceleration performance but look and perform amazingly in snow. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying another.

I bought my '18 F150 Lariat 4x4 new in late 2018. No special options, crew cab, 5.5' bed, with the 2.7L Ecoboost and tow package. It has been over 5 years and the truck has been flawless. I've only done 40k miles, but all my trips are either very short, to get food or take the dog out, or very long, like 7 hours non-stop from Boise to Seattle, or from Idaho to Alabama to visit family during covid. I have the 36 gal tank and it's a revelation for road trips. My last truck would go a little over 300 miles per tank with a 15mpg V8. This one will do over 600 easy. The 2.7L gets 21mpg in town, where I'm fairly easy on it and it's usually unloaded, but only 23 on the hwy where the speed limit is 80, I'm not easy on it, and it's usually loaded for a trip. The interior is good overall, minus some cheap plastic, it's easy to clean and the leather seats have worn well. I love the OEM full rubber mats. The 4WD Auto mode is fantastic around town when it's snowy and cold but bad not enough for 4 hi. I love the load-flat rear floor and so does the dog. I got the tow package but it didn't come with the trailer brake, so that was disappointing to discover. Also, the halogen headlights are horrible and I replaced them with aftermarket LED bulbs, even though I like to use only OEM parts. The 10spd transmission isn't brilliant, with a rough shift here and there. My older Ram had an 8spd ZF, which was miles better. The F150 does eat up the miles on the open road though, almost as well as my wife's Audi Q5, but with a little more steering play, which makes it a little more fatiguing on long trips. It is, however, head and shoulders above any older trucks I've owned or driven and better than the 2015 Ram I had. I've carried trees, loads of dirt, motorcycles, furniture, towed cars and Uhaul trailers, and it's handled it all. Sometimes I wish I had 6.5' bed when I'm carrying 12' lumber. Sometimes I wish it was as small as my dad's Tacoma. Once in a while I wish it was a Raptor. But then I remember trying to park my Ram crew cab with 6.5' bed, or I drive the economy car-like Tacoma, and I realize that, while not perfect, it's nearly impossible to beat this truck as an all-around suburban homeowner-type vehicle, it even fits in my garage. I would absolutely buy it again and will probably keep it for several years to come.
