My son and I were shopping for a new car for him. A sales associate camr upon us and instantly had a great approach. He was pleasant and listened patiently to our situation. He came back with several different options. We then decided on one and went from there. John Wayne made everything easy and stress free. We were very happy with out service.

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

The pick up and drop off service makes things so much easier! There was excellent communication throughout the drop off/pick up and service process and no unnecessary work was recommended. I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Had a good experience buying a cord F-150 super cab

Jeremy, was our salesman and was professional and helpful with us and patient. In the end we decided not purchase a new car and decided to buy out our lease. We visited several dealerships in KY/OH and found out that if we were going to make a purchase it would be from Kings Ford and through Jeremy.

I have been searching for a car for my 16 year old son. We had been to every dealership around. Interstate Ford was BY far the BEST to work with. They had the CLEANEST used cars. Negotiated our trade over the phone since I was 8 hours away. Everything was exactly as discussed when I arrived. We had done a lot of research on both the vehicle we were looking at and the vehicle we were trading in, and in both cases, the team was very fair and honest.
