He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. Solid buying experience with McDavid Ford. I worked with Manuel and his manager Miles on my deal. They were willing to work out all the details over email/phone, as I live over 50 miles away, and had the car and documents prepped when I came in, making the process very seamless.Pricing was no xxxxxxxx, agreed on pricing, no dealer adds, not at all pushy and very professional experience dealing with the crew here. My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

Quick and easy. Sales manager, Miles and salesman Mel were excellent. I found the truck I wanted on Autotrader in the morning. Requested more information online and received a call by 10:00 in the morning. After a brief conversation with Miles we had a deal. Best experience buying a new truck.

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.
