I am beyond ecstatic and grateful for the service I was provided by Jeff Lopez and Marin County Ford's management. This team went above and beyond, BY FAR, to make sure I got the best possible car for my money. They made every possible effort, and then some, to make sure to provide me with a brand new car and make it fit with in my budget and financing better than I thought would ever be possible within the context of my situation. I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

Easy to get an appointment, prompt and reliable servicing of my car, friendly and available staff, update and comforting waiting room, as well as complementary shuttle to home and back all have contributed to my continued use of Walnut Creek Ford’s Service Department.

I have had great experiences here. These great folks will bend over backwards to help. Salesman Woman Edith is great, Glen is the man. They came in on their day off to help me out because they knew I needed a car for work and brought it me! Mind you, pouring rain and late. That March 3, 2019. Thank Again for taking care of me.
