I found a 2023 Ford Maverick online at Grapevine Ford. I called and talked to Caden.I asked him to take a video and identify any marks on the vehicle. Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

Almost glad I broke down so I could meet some of the most friendliest people on the planet, if everybody gave service like that, they would be a lot more smiles around. Thank you very much for your kind polite service. The only shame is they don’t have 10 stars to give you.
