I found a 2023 Ford Maverick online at Grapevine Ford. I called and talked to Caden.I asked him to take a video and identify any marks on the vehicle. He did as I requested and informed me the vehicle was spotless. We negotiated the price over the phone. We drove 260 miles to pick up the vehicle. Been looking at late used Mustangs as a toy. I live along way from the dealership but they had one. It was a 24 that was a little high mileage but with an extended warranty would be ok. Well it turned out that the warranty was a little pricey (imho). Floyd, went to work with David(F&I) to make me a deal on a brand new 25 in the same black on black premium. Later that day I had appointments with two other dealers who had cars that were ok but not exactly what I wanted. Bought the car next day for delivery later that afternoon. The dealership is. A member of a very large group but they treated me in the process with respect and made the Herculean effort the fill my wants.

The service department did a good job diagnosing and fixing my truck in a reasonable amount of time. Steve did a good job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Will definitely be taking it back for future services to come.
