Bruce was very helpful in getting the process started on trading in my F350 for a new one. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to terms because of mechanical issues. Great buying experience. The staff was awesome. The sales person did not pressure us. Spent a lot of time with us as we test drove multiple vehicles. This is the 7th car we have purchased from Koons and it was the best experience yet.

I was told the service would only take a day. I gave the service person a cell Ph number to use as I was staying in town until it was ready. The person taking the info left the cell ph # and the 4Wd off of the paper work. Apparantly this was a new hire due to the Pandemic.
