My new 2025 explorer experienced a warranty issue while we were traveling to Texas. Thankfully it happened as we were going by The Everett Ford dealership. We were able to make it to the service department and within minutes they knew the issue. Apparently the new cars send the problems codes through WIFi and it shows up on the service writers computer. He called a service technician and he took the car back and had it fixed in 1.5 hours and we were able to continue on our trip.

Great service department!! Fixed my rough running engine, changed my oil and filter, put rear-view mirror back on windshield. I’m so happy with all my service trips this time and all previous ones thru the years!!

This is a very good dealership. I came in with my Ford truck and had a brake job done. When I picked up my truck the brakes was not to my liking so I let them know and they took care of me and made sure I was happy before leaving. I give Trotter Ford a 10 + on my satisfaction level.
