Evelyn Akins was the best! We drove 4 hours to look at this vehicle and from the minute we arrived, everyone was very friendly and courteous. We were introduced to Evelyn and she was so pleasant and patient! She made the whole buying process so easy and we couldn't be more thrilled with our puchase! We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Dropped off at noon and picked up at 4. Place was very crowded when I dropped off. Calm when I picked up. I was attended to in the order I arrived.

In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

Ease of shopping and great service salesman was not pushy. Finance was quick and easy. Car was detailed and ready for pickup in a quick timeframe

Stephanie was helpful and professional . All the employees were polite and diligent. Shuttle service was great so I didn't have to wait around. That's all folks.

Salesman was very nice and helpful. But, the figure he gave us over the phone was different once we arrived at dealer. There were several extra warranties added. But we were able to negotiate and get those removed. The main issue we have is with the trade in evaluator on their web sight. The evaluation showed an estimate of $5,500.00. We were very honest about the truck, which was in good shape for the age of the vehicle and had many extras added on to it. When receiving the breakdown at the dealer they offer us only $2,000.00. This was very insulting, we know that was an estimate but they came no where near what the vehicle was worth. Thus having to make a decision to leave without making the purchase or continue negotiate which we did and ended up paying more than we planned on doing.

I went in and was greeted right away by Andrew Eger. He was so helpful finding me a car that fit my needs and budget. He showed me several vehicles and advised me which would be the best for me. I test drove one car and fell in love with it. He sat down with me, did the paperwork and I was off to work. I went back the next morning and picked up my new car. If anyone is looking for a new car this is the place to go. EVERYONE was so friendly. Andrew Eger is the most amazing employee at Auto Park Ford in Sturgis, Michigan! Thank You Andrew!!!

Good deal, crazy long wait for finance due to volume, I have never experienced such a wait...5 hour wait just to get to the finance person...that's nuts

I recently had my F-150 in for significant service at Sheehy Ford and worked with Service Advisor Stephen Whitman. Stephen took excellent care of my vehicle and clearly demonstrated that he cared about both the quality of the work and my safety. He was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Based on this experience, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would gladly work with Stephen again and recommend him to other customers.

The car buying experience was so smooth. We traveled an hour and a half to check out the car. Jordan had the car ready for us and we were test driving it within minutes of arriving. Jordan was very open, nice and made our experience wonderful.

Once again, this dealership amazes me. Oil change tire rotation washed and vacuum the truck and deliver to my house. I can not see enough good things about this dealership. As long as i'm living in this area I will be buying all my new vehicles from the steeler ship.

Janey Acton my powerhouse saleswoman. This woman help me pick out the truck I wanted. Then went battled beside me With the office, to get me where I wanted to be price and rate wise. We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around.
