I honestly love this truck. Yeah it has its problems but as long as you know what you’re doing you can fix stuff yourself for a lot less than what a mechanic will charge you.

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

I am back again for a follow up on the last review. I was going to edit it out but it will not let me. There was some information that was missing when everything was handed over to Dave. Once I got his direct line number, he was very thorough and handled my calls. If I had to leave a VM he would call me back in a good time frame. The reason for the first review was for how we were feeling, but because we are Mac Haik customers they did work this out in a timely manner. Costs still accrued but we knew why and details pertaining to them.

Jeff has been my salesman since he joined the team like 1994. I have purchased several cars/trucks with him. He is super knowledgeable of all the products. I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

This is definitely a well built truck. Rugged and durable plus a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing interior. Bought it primarily for farm use and towing trailers. However, after riding in the spacious cab my wife is now making plenty of travel plans for places we can take it.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

This truck meet all the wants and needs we wanted in our vehicle. The only thing is I wish they still made the beds smaller like the 2012 have. Otherwise, it is amazing. Good get up and go and smooth ride.

My research began of which truck to buy. I couldn't afford a new one so it was definitely going to be a used truck. I looked at both dealerships of Ford and Chevy. Wasn't a fan of Dodge 4WD trucks because of it's looks and it's loud exhaust. The comparisons in Ford won my decision in the F-250 4WD Crew Cab but it came with decisions of which two different diesel engines would be installed in the truck I wanted to purchase. I wanted a diesel engine over gas for it's excellent mileage to and from work. Now, I had to do research which diesel engine would be the best fit for me. I'm guilty for using the web on helping me decide which was the better diesel engine. I chose the 7.3 diesel engine over 6.0 liter because of it's high reviews and reliability. At work, I drove a rental Ford f-450 diesel boom truck at which I enjoyed driving. It's reliability never broke down like the gasoline boom trucks my company purchased later. In 2013, the truck I purchased was over 10 years old. The mileage didn't bother me as much as the price did. The interior was fairly clean. The previous owner took pride in maintaining his truck. I chose leather seats over fabricated ones. Ford's King Ranch almost won my vote for purchasing one of their trucks. Their beautiful leather two tone interior can win anyone's heart. The new trucks had an improved 6.7 liter diesel engine which says has better mileage than the 7.3 diesel engine. I have friends that still drive their early aged F-250's with over a million miles on them. They like to telling me stories of their experiences what their Ford trucks pulled of their private boats or trailers. I chose my F-250 from it's high reviews, it's price, it's beige leather interior, and it's exterior color of dark green. This truck has given me more pleasure than I can explain here on this website. If you choose to buy a truck new or used. Do your research, but buy a Ford truck. You can never go wrong with them.

I bought my car from Expo with Robert's help and the process was stress-free and smooth. Car is as advertised and then some, very happy with the service and highly recommend.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.
