I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros:
The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions:
While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

I bought mine new in 2016. 128k and deleted at 60k. The increase in power has been astronomical. Unrivaled power and reliability. 30 - 200 hp boost on a 5 position selector switch. It rides like a f-250 should. The more weight on it the smoother the ride. The heated/cooled seats are fantastic. I have 6 foot plus children and they have plenty of front and rear seat leg room. The power outlets are conveniently located and charge lap tops and phone quickly. The interior noise at highway speeds are imperceptible, the engine break assist is excellent when towing a trailer. Cruise control is the most economically way to drive. My milage is slightly better with the delete completion, maybe 2-4 mph depending on how fast it is being driven. Factory tires get better MPG than the Goodyear AT's but I found that the factory tires failure to have any appreciable traction a major problem and thus the change early in my ownership. Dry pavement with factory tires was excellent, however, I was unable to turn my truck with one snowmobile with a two place trailer on a mowed grass covered in 2 inches of snow. Once the tires were replaced with the AT's, no issue what so ever. My truck was ordered and never picked up and there for I got a decent deal at 63k new, 3 miles. I have the Lariat edition with tow option and plow options. I have ability for 5th wheel and gooseneck towing and in bed trailer plug. To say this truck is a beast is a gross understatement. I out perform all other brands of trucks which are similarly deleted, never been beaten. The program I run is the EZ LYNK Auto Agent II and the program is by SPE. It has a transmission tune unlike 99% of other tunes on the market. Totally recommend this if you want tons of more power and increases in MPG.

Jerry is amazing! I really enjoyed finding my car online, and when I left a message about the one I was interested in, Jerry responded that same night. I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. The car was in great shape and was true to it's description. Staff was friendly and all paperwork was done quickly.

This truck pulled a 31-foot camper like it wasn't even there. Comfortable ride with lots of space inside and reliable truck. Cruise control worked seamlessly going up and down hills with a load.

Nice showroom and a beautiful selection of cars. I looked at a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible and worked with Danny, who was friendly, professional, and laid-back. There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. They instantly addressed a small mechanical issue that I had with the car, and it was detailed and looked great on delivery. Highly recommended this dealership.

I love my truck!!!! i have a 2013 F250 crew cab with the 6.7 diesel. Bought it with 114k and now it has 150k. It has been very reliable and I can trust it to go anywhere. There have been somethings that affect the 11-16 model years, and all 6.7 diesels. In the 11-16 model years, the body mounts WILL have to be changed if they haven't, Ford used xxxxty ones from the factory. If you option for the diesel, you WILL have to upgrade the cold side intercooler pipe, the factory on WILL fail, just a matter of when. Other than that, its a great truck, and they are truly built to last. Not bad for a truck that's almost 10years old

He had a laid back attitude and didn't come off overbearing or high pressure. From beginning to end the process took less then 2 hrs including one of the best detail jobs I have seen. This truck has been great to us. Our 2 teenagers don’t fit in the back anymore and we had to buy a truck with a bigger back seat. It has been well taken care of and it has always taken care of us and it runs great! We are forced to sell we don’t have enough parking spots.
