I was looking at getting a new vehicle and wanted something big and powerful! I hadn't owned a diesel truck before so I was clueless on what would be a good fit for me. Jeff was so helpful! He took the time to go over the ins and outs of every brand and what they had to offer. He answered so many questions I had and even while I couldn't decide which one I gave him a call on his personal phone and took the time to really narrow it down. I am always skeptical purchasing from a dealership but I knew that buying from him was definitely the right choice and he really made me feel like a friend and not just some sucker that would get taken advantage of. If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Test drive performed on 2010 Fusion SEL. Noise coming from idling and noisy engine were noted during diagnostic test. Several things needed done asap. young lady booked appt. for 0730am Mr. Johnathan Brown wrote it up. Service mgr. Mr. Frank, got his service tech to To evaluate, determine severals items which needing my immediate action. Further more awaiting parts to complete the job this week is still pending. Personally would highly recommend Beach Ford because of their swift actions and attention to detail from each of those gentlemen that assisted my wife and I during our visit there. 2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

When looking for a reasonably priced used cars I was so excited when I ran across 518 Auto Sales and the large selection of cars they had!!! The staff including Alex, Wendy, Kyle and Scott were awesome and made me feel right at home!! I will spread the word about this place!!!

They never fed me a load of crap and we’re straight shooting. And even went above and beyond by fixing small cosmetic issues and doing everything in their power to make sure i received a truck that will last me a good long while. I got the king ranch edition and simply it is really awsome! I love my truck! The only thing is not a gas saver (10 miles per gallon on city)

I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.
