We had a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Burleson! Craig Parr was amazing to work with ? super friendly, patient, and really made the whole process easy. He went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, helped transfer my vehicle from another location, and even showed up on a day he wasn?t scheduled to be in. Marshall and Preston from the financing team were also awesome and helped make everything smooth from start to finish. Marshall took the time to explain all the details, and remained professional even when I pushed back a little. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and made the car buying process semi-painless. I had set an appointment for an oil change and tire
I had set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived they pointed out that my alignment was a bit off and was starting to wear tires and would cause irregular wear, I explained I was under a time crunch, I agreed it was needed, they went to work right away and completed all repairs with very minimal extra time, very pleased with their service and will be back for any and all work needed on my F-150 diesel.

We really had a great experience with Auto Nation. Our salesman was Griff & he was very nice & had an answer for any & all our questions. We went ?looking? for a vehicle for my wife & Griff went above & beyond. We discussed prices & models & within minutes Griff had a set of keys. He went to grab something for us to test drive & didn?t tell us what it was, moments later a 2022 Bronco sport pulled up & to our surprise it was Griff! We honestly were & still are blown away with that Bronco & Griff gave us his personal phone # made sure we knew to call him for any reason at All! Chris was the manager & Ranger was the finance officer & those 3 men made AutoNation of Burlson a great experience.
