I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. Was interested in a used car they had advertised. The salesperson I originally talked to (Destiny) was busy when we arrived, so she handed us off to Prodi. He listened to our requirements as far as our trade, and the price on their car. We were able to work out a deal that was satisfactory to both of us. During the process Prodi was friendly, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a pre-approval from my credit union for the purchase price minus my trade. My credit union was not open (Saturday). The finance department was able to work around that issue so we could take the car that day. Overall, everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
