I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. When I arrived at the front I was greeted and Mr. John Paul worked with me on getting my dream car. Mr. Paul is an amazing person. He made me feel like he was selling a car to his own daughter. Was interested in a used car they had advertised. The salesperson I originally talked to (Destiny) was busy when we arrived, so she handed us off to Prodi. He listened to our requirements as far as our trade, and the price on their car. We were able to work out a deal that was satisfactory to both of us. During the process Prodi was friendly, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a pre-approval from my credit union for the purchase price minus my trade. My credit union was not open (Saturday). The finance department was able to work around that issue so we could take the car that day. Overall, everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
