Easy to work with and fast service! We had been emailing with salesman, discussed numbers, and set up a time to come drive a truck. We showed up, they had it ready and we drove it, financed, and were out in less than 2 hours. They did not try to hassle us, negotiate the original agreements we discussed before coming to see the truck, and they didn’t keep pushing when we said “no” to added warranties etc. Emil was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.

I just bought an F350 diesel 8 foot bed crew cab limited edition. The only thing I can say is wow what a nice machine. I just finished a 1600 mile trip towing a vehicle behind us and got 17.4 miles per gallon on the diesel, it is an awesome machine and I would highly recommend it. The power

For a F350 XL work truck this vehicle is nice. Power windows and locks, air conditioning, Bluetooth radio, cloth seats and vinyl floor. Perfect work/farm truck.

I stopped in Griffin Ford to look at a used truck. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Sajewcka with the sales team. Scott was very personable and he had tons of knowledge about Ford trucks. He was very interested in helping me find the exact truck that would fit my needs and lifestyle, he did this without any pressure to "make a deal" this is very important to me, I don't appreciate pushy salesmen/women. As it turns out we did not find the truck I needed on the lot at the time... but I will continue to look at there site, because when the right fit does come around I hope to do business with him, as he is genuine, honest and patient. Just a good group over there.

The F350 Super Duty crew cab can handle just about anything you need it to do. The ride is a little stiff - but hey it's a truck! Turning radius is a little wide - but hey it's a truck! 4wd works great, multiple transmission drive modes will handle most any terrain you'll be on. It'll handle heavy loads in short bed without a problem. Don't expect high MPG - hey it's a heavy truck, so plan for the fuel expense.

It was a great experience all around! Dan was very helpful and spent time with me explaining warranty options, etc. After I purchased the vehicle spent time explaining how to use all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others. Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.
