Purchased a new Explorer from West Hills Ford, and the shopping experience was quite straight forward. No pressure from the sales staff. I have been considering a new car, and my car happened to be in for routine servicing, and wound up with driving away with a new car. The trade-in value of my 2017 Explorer was a bit more than I estimated from other used car references. My 2017 Explorer has been serviced at West Hills since new, and I have been quite satisfied with their service department. Will plan to use their service department with my new vehicle. This is my 4th Explore, and they have all been trouble free. The 2017 Explorer, did not have one warranty claim, so I am confident the new car will be equally trouble free.

Went straight to Bickford Ford in Snohomish and worked with Branden DuPen. This young gentleman was clean cut, honest, polite & one of the most upright human beings I have met. Branden looked you straight in the eye the entire time he talked, told me what's possible, wha't advisable, and what's not, and was clearly not trying to sell me anything I didn't need or want. I spotted a car I was interested in on Craigslist and came in to check it out. I was immediately presented with the CarFax and allowed to see the car. I live 2.5 hours away and was able to place a deposit and set up a day to finish the sale. My sales associate, Chase, was professional and responsive to emails. He had my paperwork ready to go when I arrived, and it was quick and easy (though I hope I'm not doomed to being hounded by the third-party extended warranty provider). I did not have an outside inspection done on my vehicle (the service records in the CarFax were pretty complete), but someone asked about having one done while I was there and it didn't seem to be a problem. I am happy with both my vehicle and the purchasing process.
