I have been considering a new car, and my car happened to be in for routine servicing, and wound up with driving away with a new car. The trade-in value of my 2017 Explorer was a bit more than I estimated from other used car references. My 2017 Explorer has been serviced at West Hills since new, and I have been quite satisfied with their service department. Will plan to use their service department with my new vehicle. This is my 4th Explore, and they have all been trouble free. The 2017 Explorer, did not have one warranty claim, so I am confident the new car will be equally trouble free.

We had a VERY pleasant experience buying a new Ford Maverick truck from Tom Keefe at Mullinax Ford of Olympia in May of this year. It was so nice not to have to negotiate the price. Not only did we feel that we got a fair price on the vehicle, but Mullinax ended up sending us a check for a "refund of price protection" that they said they missed at the time of purchase. Know what you are buying. This is a high end diesel work truck that can tow anything, and drive down the road in comfort and style. The power and torque are best in class. Very dependable, but not cheap to own and maintain. The best truck I have purchased to date. Ford has been in our family 50+years, for business and pleasure. This truck is a statement!

The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. It tows 5th wheels with ease and it's so stable it feels like it is on rails. The interior is beautiful, the ride is smooth and quiet, and the controls are superior.

Ridiculous power, comfort and ease of use. Towing is effortless even with 37" tires and a leveling kit. Not sure if i can think of anything I dislike about it aside from the price.

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it
