I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. Found a 2013 Ram 2500 that was already set up with 5th wheel hitch and more bells and whistles than I could imagine. And at a very fair price. Our salesman, Bill was very knowledgeable about the truck and taught us alot. They are a No Haggle dealership because they are priced right and don't pressure you. We are very happy with them and would do business with them again. The whole experience was positive. All the staff was vary courteous and professional.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

You can haul anything. Or just go riding around. Drives like Cadillac! I want this truck to go to someone who will take care of it.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

I made appt for recall servicing. When I came to drop off I had to reschedule due to parts needed to be ordered. No car rental was available. Repairs took longer than expected so I rescheduled two appointments. I pleaded for a rental to attend a birthday party out of town and Tyler made a way. I was happy.

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.
