I have never had a better experience with a car dealership than at Lee Sapp. David and Lee were at the dealership when I showed up to look at a Ford Explorer; I was treated like family there. I bought this truck used last December and it's a great machine. The one I got has it's own problems, mainly around it's 5.4 triton but other than that its pretty good for a 19 year old truck. If you take care of it and keep up with maintenance than it'll last a while. If your looking to buy one just keep in mind that there will most likely be some rust.

5 star truck but 1 star for repair and service
2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

My brother once own a 2008 F-250 it had a 12 inch lift with Big mickey Thompson tires and a Skyjacker brand lift kit it has 4 doors 2 tone paint gray and black and tan interior this 2004 F-350 he just bought in full without getting a loan cost just under $19,000 My brother be having it transported on a step desk trailer pulled by a semi truck coming from Seattle,WA and taking it to Columbus,GA where my brother lives at he wants a 12 inch lift the skyjacker brand with Toyo tires the Big ones and a custom paint job gun metal gray on top and black on bottom and a full interior redone and custom bumper front and rear and have lots of cameras and a TV monitor on dash to see some of the blind spots and be adding a train horn it should arrive at his house next Monday 2/10/25 To transport it cost $2,300
