I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

If I could rate my experience with 100 stars I would! This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. My husband and I went to this dealership because they had all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa. Let me tell you how lucky we were to have her. She is so caring, enthusiastic, took pride in her work and was never pushy. Once we narrowed it down to purchasing a 2021 Ford bronco she was very thorough in explaining everthing as we went through the paperwork and options. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Vanessa. Even after I bought the bronco she continued to text me to make sure everything was alright and even mailed us a thank you card, which I greatly appreciated. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. He knew everything about broncos and sat with us for over an hour pointing out the different features and answering my 5 million questions. For a F350 XL work truck this vehicle is nice. Power windows and locks, air conditioning, Bluetooth radio, cloth seats and vinyl floor. Perfect work/farm truck.

Berkenkotter Motors in Castle Rock, Colorado and Parker are excellent dealers in used car, and truck sales. We have purchased our fourth vehicle (Toyota Tundra Max cab) from them in the last 12 years and love it. Berkenkotter Motors provide awesome, honest, low pressure used car, truck sales. They stand behind their vehicles if you have any trouble in the short term. Although they sell used cars, RV's , boats, and trucks they are checked over and are of great quality. I did get a great trade in on my 2003 Dodge 2500 long bed. Previously we also purchased from them a 2007 Toyota 4runner, and 2007 Toyota corolla. We had only one small service on the 4 runner. While having five lots, they have a lot of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you want they can get it in a short term. Take the time to meet their friendly staff, Dan, Steve, BJ, Alan, Frankie, Wade, jetty, Hanna, etc. We just love them. We got the financing every time we wanted. We currently are looking at RV's for our retirement travels.

The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

Leon and Max were great to work with and made our deal come together when I wasn’t sure they could get to our number. The highlight was when we came to pick it up and the car had been detailed beautifully - it was spotless. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

Roomy, powerful, comfortable, unique. The ultimate vehicle for towing a camper. Stereo is awesome and also cant beat the massaging seats. Plenty of room for pets also.

So far I love the truck I’ve only had it a few days. But so far I am happy with the performance of the vehicle.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! This truck is superior. Have yet to tow our5th wheel but have no concerns about performance. Great room inside. Our Great Dane fits nicely in the back.

I had to have my ev-ecu replaced and the fact that a brand new car required a repair such as this wasn disappointing but Steven's service and professionalism made the whole process somewhat simplified. Highly recommended.

I was sold a pig-in-a-poke by the dealership. However, this truck is quite the piece of machinery! Two dealerships conspired (whether intentionally or negligently) to sell me this truck. Only when I returned from OK to FL and brought the truck in for an oil change did I learn of the concealed problems in a number of important systems. About the truck, ignoring the problems: The engine is quiet & powerful, the suspension eats rough roads like a hungry hiker eats granola. The load carrying ability is impressive, as is the towing power. The interior is vast and roomy and remarkably quiet even at 70 MPH. Cons: ) It costs ~$100 to fill the tank with Diesel @ $3.219/gallon. ) My Saturn seems tiny, mushy, and low after driving my new bad-boy. I can only give it 4 stars for Value for the Money, because the repairs were quite unexpected. Not as unexpected as being deliberately lied to. And it does cost more the double what it costs to operate the Saturn in normal driving...

Initially I dealt with Dan, the owner, over the internet. Then I dealt with Steve at Castle Rock, then Martin at Parker. They were kind, caring, and helpful. Honestly, Dan may be the best communicator I've ever dealt with. He always responded immediately, I was mostly impressed with his immediate and accurate responses. I just bought an F350 diesel 8 foot bed crew cab limited edition. The only thing I can say is wow what a nice machine. I just finished a 1600 mile trip towing a vehicle behind us and got 17.4 miles per gallon on the diesel, it is an awesome machine and I would highly recommend it. The power

I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.
