The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. It tows 5th wheels with ease and it's so stable it feels like it is on rails. The interior is beautiful, the ride is smooth and quiet, and the controls are superior.

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

I work 3rd. So I set up an appointment online. They set me up with Dylan. Dylan contacted me via text. Asked what I'm in the market for. I gave Dylan a run down. We set up a day & time. When I arrived Dylan had A few trucks lined up & ready to go. I gave more in detail on what I was in need of. One being the 3.5 twin turbo. Found a truck after looking at several of them. Only issue at the time was no trailer hitch. One of my requirements. Dylan had that taken care of. Kunes paid for the new hitch to be installed. Everything went smooth from start to end. Dylan is a great guy to work with & made everything pretty much pain free. Even took care of lunch. What happens next is what is Important. After a month of owning the F150. I put new rims & tires along with running boards. Come to only find out one major thing was wrong. It didn't have the 3.5 twin but the 2.7. Lets just say I was pretty upset & felt taken for. stuck with a truck I couldn't use. I left a pretty crappy review. I contacted Jesse the general manager. I Explained the situation. He talked to Dylan & got back to me the same day. Dylan being a standup guy owned up to the mistake & both Dylan & Jesse went more than out of their way to make all right. They got me a bigger truck more than I expected it to be. They removed the rims & tires from the one truck to the other. The truck they got me was clearly worth much more money But kept the number the same. Mistakes happen for a reason. How those mistakes are handled is what's key. 2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

Know what you are buying. This is a high end diesel work truck that can tow anything, and drive down the road in comfort and style. The power and torque are best in class. Very dependable, but not cheap to own and maintain. The best truck I have purchased to date. Ford has been in our family 50+years, for business and pleasure. This truck is a statement!

We purchased the Van and were out the door within an hour, and they had one of their guys deliver it a couple hours away which was awesome. Definitely recommend Russell who setup the deal for us.

This truck is superior. Have yet to tow our5th wheel but have no concerns about performance. Great room inside. Our Great Dane fits nicely in the back.

Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. Salesman, Arnulfo us very good very pleasant. Overall I would go 4.5 out of 5.0. As dealerships go not too bad

I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.

This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

Had as a daily driver but needed it for our 5th wheel trailer that we used 3-6 times a year. Never had any big issues
