LKL was one of six dealers we visited while shopping for a used Tahoe. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his process of helping us with the purchase of this vehicle. We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. That was some great "after the sale" service. We are definitely satisfied customers!

Absolutely love my 2015 Ford Super Duty F-350 Platinum Diesel Dually. It has given me 9 years of completely trouble free reliability, safety and comfort with a powerful diesel engine. I couldn't be more pleased.

I always have the intention to write a good review when I get good service but seem to rarely follow through. In this case I was so happy with the sales & management at sunset ford I had to make sure to take the time out and give them a 5 star review. I ordered my F450 bout 10 months ago.. I had handshake deal with donny who was the sales person at the time. I offered to place a deposit but he assured me it wasn't needed.. about a month before my truck showed up I received a call from Dave Bouge, he let me know that Donny retired and he was replacing him as my salesperson. Ofcourse my first thought was if they were going to honor the price that donny quoted. I sat down with Dave and Ray (sales manager) and when they presented me the price it was about 13K more than I expected.. I knew there was a premium for this particular truck because of Covid and the chip shortage so I was already anticipating a higher price. I explained to Ray that I understood this particular truck is selling higher than msrp but donny had already quoted me a price. I didn't have a contract or any paperwork to back it up.. but Ray said hang on let me take a look at Donnys files.. Ray came back a few minutes later and slashed 13k off the truck.. Ray said "I saw donny had scribbled this number on the bottom of the build sheet so we're going to honor that price" Obviously I was super happy.. I think I was most impressed by the fact that I didn't have to argue or give any sob stories to get the price that was quoted. Ray just honored his salespersons word and that showed great integrity. Ray also said he would rather earn my business for life than make extra money on a one time deal, which he did because I would definitely buy from Sunset again. ~Chad S

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. The dealership’s response was posted about three days following my interest statement. Had I been more interested than I was that was only marginally quick. In fact, my car shopping interest at this time is marginal. I am currently without a drivers license due to a health issue, and without the cash to buy outright.

Love our f350, love the power stroke diesel, it has a lot of power, it is quiet and it gets pretty good fuel mileage. Still not sure about the aluminum body but time will tell how it holds up.

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well. The process was so fast, efficient, and well handled. I couldn't be happier with Bowen Scarff and also with Randy Good. Exceptional, especially since I, along with most others, dread the car buying experience. Randy was a no BS salesperson. The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. A little research on the vehicle I bought confirmed that I got a great deal, in my opinion. Pierre Ford of Lynwood was more than fair when it came to their financing and vehicle pricing.
