The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. It tows 5th wheels with ease and it's so stable it feels like it is on rails. The interior is beautiful, the ride is smooth and quiet, and the controls are superior.

I went into Ford yesterday because I wanted a new truck. Jon W. was a dream to work with. It's been hard in the past being a woman and trying to go look at cars alone. But Jon was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process on how too trade in my car and went over am the numbers with me thoroughly. Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! 2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

Had to replace faulty tire pressure sensor. Done while I waited, in less than an hour. BK was an excellent service advisor and got immediate extended warranty approval.

He was so helpful and kind. We were hesitant about going there after reading the reviews, but we were very pleased and bought a great car.

This truck is superior. Have yet to tow our5th wheel but have no concerns about performance. Great room inside. Our Great Dane fits nicely in the back.

Roomy, powerful, comfortable, unique. The ultimate vehicle for towing a camper. Stereo is awesome and also cant beat the massaging seats. Plenty of room for pets also.

Update to previous review, I took the car into the dealership today. Gave them a letter of everything that happened to the manager. He went and talked to the appropriate people. Than had a detailed clean it and do what he could also said if that did work they had another solution to try. The car now smells new again after a month and my wife can finally ride in it again. I want to apologize and thank the Manager for understanding and helping us fix the horrible smell. I at this point would definitely buy from Hastings Ford again.

I bought my 2010 F350 SRW Short Bed 6.4 used in 2017, and it has been great. However, I am getting ready to buy a 5th wheel and I am getting conflicting data on tow capacity. Can anyone help me out? the door tag shows 11,000 GVWR and that seems tremendously low for this truck. Still learning.
