Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Mike under-promised and over-delivered in accommodating our selection and taking in our trades. Again, no sales hype. Just a great guy with integrity, sincere communication, and great follow-through skills. First time buying a car can be a nerve racking experience which was the case for me. However the people at Real Deal Cars were super friendly and relatable and made the whole experience easy! Ahmad and Moe were very friendly, helpful, and reasonable! Also walked away with a great car and a good experience! I've got $1,800 more on trade in here. Carmax and Infiniti of bellevue offered about $9k but ended up getting $11k. I'm beyond happy with the whole transaction

This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.
