I came in to look at a 2018 Challenger. The first salesman I talked to was Sean. He took down my information and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I pulled back into the lot, I started going through the car. There was no sales pressure pitces at all and Sean pretty much left me alone so I could thoroughly look at the car. I slept on it and returned the next day. It was Sean's day off so Scott let me take it out for a final test drive. I liked the car and Scott walked me through all the paperwork. I didn't quite know what to buy when I went to Wolf Motors. I had made an appointment to look at an Expedition that I was told was coming in. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) that vehicle was sold before I could get there but I still kept my appointment hoping I could find a vehicle that would fit my needs. When I got there, I was met by David, who patiently listened to what I was looking for and then showed me a vehicle (which I didn't like). There was a Ford F-150 XLT sitting in the showroom, and my husband kept looking at it and he convinced me that it would fit what I was looking for. I wasn't interested in buying a 2021, so David set to work finding me a 2020 with low miles. He struck out twice with vehicles that was either already sold or were out being used by a manager. He then searched other dealers and was able to find one that had the specs I wanted. That truck now resides in our garage.

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. It tows 5th wheels with ease and it's so stable it feels like it is on rails. The interior is beautiful, the ride is smooth and quiet, and the controls are superior.

I felt like they had my best interest and very respectful.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

Everyone we dealt with at the dealership gave us excellent and friendly service. Their follow-through left nothing to be desired. When we picked up our vehicle, it was sparkling clean, had a tankful of gas, was ready-to-roll.

The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

Roomy, powerful, comfortable, unique. The ultimate vehicle for towing a camper. Stereo is awesome and also cant beat the massaging seats. Plenty of room for pets also.

Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.

I just purchased a new 2025 Ford F350 at Inver Grove Ford and from the moment I saw the truck, until 1000 miles later, the experience with this dealer has been great. My salesman Brianwas very halpful and patient as I made my decision. Service, parts department and the shop that applied the spray in bedliner all have done a great job. I am very pleased with Inver Grove Ford and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The F350 Super Duty crew cab can handle just about anything you need it to do. The ride is a little stiff - but hey it's a truck! Turning radius is a little wide - but hey it's a truck! 4wd works great, multiple transmission drive modes will handle most any terrain you'll be on. It'll handle heavy loads in short bed without a problem. Don't expect high MPG - hey it's a heavy truck, so plan for the fuel expense.

I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

Lets face it, no one buys a 1 ton truck for good gas mileage but it actually gets better than 14MPG on the highway "not towing" I was a little reluctant buying a gasser over the diesel for towing my 5th wheel, but so far it has performed very well. 6% grades are no issue pulling <12k lbs. The ride is amazing loaded and unloaded and doesn't rattle my teeth out driving around town like my old 2500HD.

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!!
