Bought my 2007 in 2011 and still driving it today (April 2023) with over 265,000 miles. Thought about trading it in in 2022 the Lord said keep driving it and I will take care of your next vehicle just like I have the last two.

I saw a couple of gas savers cars for sale on facebook which were in my budget , than I came accros Sport Motive website, which had even more cars in my liking. I showed up on a saturday they were busy, Art was finishing up with another costumer, I didnt have to wait for long until he was able to help me out. I test drove the car, its a used car and was not in a showroom condition but it was as described in their listing. I was surprised that paperwork took under half of hour and I was on my way! Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Lots of cars to chose from. Found myself a 2004 Ram 2500 diesel truck. We were able to make a good deal. No pressure sale. After the test drive the paperwork took maybe 20 minutes and i was on my way home.

I like the looks and feel of this car , some Police departments use it , that says good things. Some people complain about the transmission of certain models but Ford has extended the warranty on them to 10 years

I really like this car a lot. It's has decent m.pg. I like that it doesn't have a gas cap. Love everything but, I can't see around the head rest very well, tried to take them out, but you can't

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

I purchased my 2014 Ford Focus SE four years ago with 76k miles and its done exceptional well even though its exceeded 100K miles. It saddened me that I only had five months left from its payoff. I was truly looking forward to having it as a second vehicle prior to retirement. The radio went out first, followed by the backup sensor and lastly the internal clutch of the transmission. Ms. Blue has done well for its service until now. It feels like a loss of a family member.

Very dependable,great gas mileage bought this car new with 20 miles on it,kept up the maintenance and have had no trouble out of it,love driving it.

The only thing I would say in gear 1 get vibration sudder like going up a hill ask the Mechanic to check it he says it’s like a vibration sudder not sure if this is what there meant to be like he said it’s fine apart from that no problem apart from need to sort the clutch

I purchased the 2012 Ford Focus Titanium model (Michelin Pilot Sport Summer tires only), and later purchased Winter tires. The summer tires handle the road really well. The car is really fun to drive as it is very sporty looking and feeling,. The steering wheel is a perfect size and comfortable for Spirited driving. I wish is had more HP, but that's what the RS is for. The transmission is a DUAL CLUTCH which can be used in Auto or Manual mode for fun driving. Initially there were some issues with the transmission, but apparently it was a Software issue and/or a Sensor. It was at the dealer twice for said issues, but after that, it ran fine, never happened again. I put premium gas in it, have the oil+ filter replaced on schedule, replaced the brake pads once, and that's it! NO other MECHANICAL ISSUES. It been a very reliable car. The front seats heat up fast in the Winter, nice LED lights of different colors can illuminate the floor. The Touch screen doesn't have Navigation, but my cellular phone does.

GREAT to work with. They are not interested in gouging.... They just want to sell cars. Low overhead means more savings. Their buying process is a perfect balance of the dealer makes a little money, the buyer saves a little money. I wish everyone did business like this.

Love this car. Ease of driving and size. Easy on gas. Only problem is that the center of the steering wheel is constantly sticky and leaves glue like tar on my hands and clothing. No one and nothing has removed it and ford is no help.

I have two of these little cars a 2008 Ford Focus SeS and a 2009 Ford Focus SE and I have never had any issues with either car besides the basic maintenance, they both have high mileage on the odometer and still they get amazing fuel mileage, granted it's not a luxury car and it's not a race car but not a Toyota Corolla slow either, my only Gripe is the way Ford designed the rear drum brakes with the wheel bearing pressed in the hub, there are ways around that especially if you're mechanically knowledgeable by doing a disc break conversion it's easy and allows a lot better stopping distance, both of my cars still look and run like new and they are extremely cheap to maintain. If they weren't good cars I wouldn't own two of them lol I still get compliments on both cars , tires are cheap, maintenance is cheap , they are comfortable and reliable to drive and they handle like a sports car and I know without a doubt that whenever I turn the key it'll start and get me where I need to go, I live in upstate NY where there is snow a lot and they both handle great with all season tires . Overall I definitely recommend a Ford Focus between the years 2008 - 2011 , I would stay very far away from the 2012 - 2016 model years because of the TCM and transmission issues. If you want reliability and comfort and a cheap car that will last as long as a Toyota buy this car .

This is the second Focus that I have owned. She was a hand me down from my parents, who owned her since 2009. It was primarily used by as the "kid car". She sat for almost two years before I got her,, so she has a bit of rust now from the north-east winters. However, she is still going strong despite being over a decade old at this point. The only major thing wrong with her is the rust, but her engine and transmission are just fine. The only thing I would say is that if you drive in snow, you have to splurge and get snow tires. Other than that great on gas and has never broken down despite being rather elderly at this point.

Dante was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He even advised me to look at other vehicles, but I was pretty much sold on the Sienna since I had one that just died at 400 k miles. I tested 2 different ones and was very happy with the one I bought. After I drove it at night I realized the interior dash lights weren't working and Dante quickly got back to me and I brought it back, and had a loaner car while they fixed it. I rated average on the facilities, it's no frills and parking can get a little tricky, but I guess that's why they can keep the prices low. I wasn't bothered by it but just giving a heads up to others. The indoor area was fine though and had some really cool looking classics.

Bought my car with 53k miles and now with 157k still runs smooth . Very reliable, economical and the 2.0 engine responds well at the highway . Maintenance is cheap and like any car, when is not done properly it generates cars that will present problems. Ford Focus from 2008 til 2011 is one of the best compact cars of those years and Ford got it right. There are still lots of these cars running strong as long as maintenance was done . I love mine and strong recommend it !

Took the vehicle over with a few problems gonna get them fixed the car deserves that gas mileage is great almost 40 mpg ,comfortable ,great design , nice audio system ac/heat work great wish it had a moon roof to open

I bought my 2002 Ford Focus stationwagon 9 months ago with 180,000km for 1400 CAD. It has the 2.0 Zetec engine and the 5 speed manual transmission mated to it. Currently sitting at 215,000km and it is still running strong. Comfort-wise it's great. I made a 11 hour drive in one day and was not even sore, the amount of headroom, especially in the wagon, is great aswell. Interior design, is alright, it's quirky. Lots of curves, definetly shows its age but everything works great and is easy to operate. Performance wise, its alright. Definetly not a race car by any means, but it is fast enough. The value for money on one of these used is amazing - if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and can do basic repairs and maintenence. Exterior styling is good, its a very interesting looking car. Since I got it 35,000km ago heres what I've done for repairs: Valve cover gasket, motor mounts, hatch struts. I've done a ton of maintenence, all the reccomended stuff for this mileage, but those are the only things I've had to repair. It is currently leaking a bit of oil but on a 1400$ car it doesn't really bother me, doesnt even leak enough to get even halfway down the dipstick between oil changes. It hasn't ever left me stranded.

I had A 2005 S model before I bought This one,I had it 9 years,until the motor mounts broke,I live where there are a lot of dirt roads and chuck holes,I traded it in and told them about the motor mounts,they gave me a good trade for a 2014 Focus SE It was also White,it has been a fantastic car in the 7 years i have had it,very smooth and quiet,miles per gallon has been anywhere from 39.6 to 48.8 on the highway when filter and oil is clean,and spark plugs are good where it drops is in city driving or going up a hill,it has been very reliable and tough..I love it!! I even named it "Toni" because its a female voice on the sync,Toni is part of my family and if she breaks down i'm going to fix her,i plan to keep her for a long time to come,she is that good!

My wife and I have 2 cars so a few months ago I decided to buy a work car so i don't put alot of kms on my Audi as I drive 150 kms a day. I came across this beautiful 2009 focus sel model with 273 000 kms I bought it for $ 550 dollars and after 3 months latter I am still very happy. It handles extremely well in the snow very fuel efficient the car has proven it self to me over and over again.

I love these cars, bought a 2014 new but didnt like the quirky transmission (I was driving lyft) so I traded it. Since then I currently own three others. One has a five speed manual, My favorite, the other two ford fixed the dual clutch and they are fine. I like these cars because they are very reliable and get great mileage.

The car runs so smooth and is very comfortable to drive in! Definitely an upgrade from my previous vehicle. I also love all of the features that I now have!
