This car has more features that some I never used. The navigation system is defendant plus but the best feature is extremely low. My average cost is $20 per month.

Original owner of a 2017 now with 69,000 miles. Great commuter and for running errands. Only maintenance costs were tires and the 12volt battery (not the EV battery). Motor and transmission were replaced a year ago for free under warranty due to trans bearing failure. It took them 2 months but free to me. My net cost new was $15k and it is worth that today.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Peppy little car. Fun to drive around the town. Plenty of leg room for me 6 ' 4" and 280 lbs, but a bit of a twist to get into. Would not recommend for anyone commuting to work over 25 miles each way.

I have a 2016 Ford Focus Electric. It has been 100% reliable. Use it for running errands. It took a couple of weeks to get used to the electric range. But the car has exceeded my expectations.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

This car is perfect for me! I drive 4 miles each way to and from work and I charge the car once a week. I get roughly 90-95 miles per charge!!

The 2016 Focus Electric is rated for 75 miles per charge, I have been averaging 90-95 per charge! I have had the car about 3 months. I am single and live alone so the small trunk space is not an issue for me.

I really love this car. I drive it to work everyday and can charge it every other day. I’m in Los Angeles and drive highways and streets into Hollywood. I’ve even driven down from Pasadena to Orange County. When there’s tons of traffic it’s pretty easy to get there and then charge. I have a Tesla p100d as well and for practical ness the Ford is unassuming and gets me to work without any pretense. No majors problems. A few recalls but it was all covered. Bought mine with 800 miles on it from Galpin and it came with lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Not sure if it covers the battery. Pretty respectable real world local range. Trunk space is hindered by battery but that’s why I have other cars to haul stuff.

Have a 2013 FFE with 100,000 miles on it. In service 8 years. So we got another FFE 2017. Range is even more and can fast charge in many locations for free.

Sales rep Jordan was professional and attentive to my needs. We just weren't close enough on the numbers. They seem to have good quality cars on the lot

I love the car, handles great and has great pick up. The Ford sync features are excellent tools for hand free driving. The Ford App lets me monitor the charging of my car throughout the day and even allows me to control the charging during the day to use the lowest voltage rate.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. My husband was very happy with his honestly as well as his tending to us especially with my daughter with his help we were able to find a great family car that meet all go our needs with more additional features and our price range. Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. I love the car already and we have had it only a short time. All the extras included in the car, power seats, lighted mirror, dual air conditioning allowance and the leather seats. There are more perks too, but this should give you a fair view of our feelings.

About five days later I drove up from Richmond ( 85 miles) to look at the truck and Bryce worked with me, so I left with a new ( used) truck that day. Good job

4+ years and zero maintenance. I bought it used and it has been perfect for my use-case, which is driving to work, running around town, and taking kids to and from. The battery is small, so it's not ideal for a 1-car family, but is perfect as a low-cost 2nd car (appliance, as I like to call it) or for a teen driver. Plug it in, charge it up, and it always works.
