Rugged van with truck like characteristics. Solid.
Perfect mix between luxury and usability with great performance. Mine has almost 250,000 miles and I still trust it to drive several hours. Middle seats are easy to remove and back folds into the floor for use as cargo van.

2007 Ford Freestar SE review
Great Car
I love this car. Didn't quite fit my image, but it got the job done. Loved that it carried 7 people when I needed to, or carried a car full of camping gear, or hauled slabs of stone for landscape projects. Very versatile. I think this would be an excellent family car. The arrangement of seating options seem endless. Good basic all around car. Mine had AWD, and it NEVER spun out or slid in snow or mud.
