Ron in Service worked us in as soon as possible to diagnose problem. Ended up being something easy to repair, but wouldn't of ever known if he didn't take the time to at least look at it. I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I paid for my repairs over the phone and the car is being dropped off in my driveway!! As a single mom of two small children who works from home.... this is an amazing blessing. I owned this car for 9 years with relatively few issues. There were several minor recalls that were easily rectified at the dealer, but other than that, it was a reliable car, that was comfortable, and is still stylish. The interior controls are convenient and easy to use. It was fun to drive and had good acceleration.

I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!

Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). Travis Hoover met us in the parking lot in the pouring rain and within 20 minutes I was test driving my dream vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have purchased for myself and any questions I had Travis was able to answer. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and professional. 2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

We purchased a Ford Edge on Sept 6,2024 through Brandon at your dealership. He was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. The car was detailed and a spare tire included through his efforts. When at the dealership with our daughter he even addressed an air tire problem with her car. From the beginning steps through pickup Brandon was professional and friendly.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

It was very good got all the information done over the phone came in and left in our new truck! We came for a different truck than we left in but the truck we left in was better than no vehicle at all.

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.
