I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

From the first contact by phone with Mellisa, going over availability and details, to the final walk through, these folks were a pleasure to work with. Steven was very patient and knowledgeable with the vehicle, and Nicole knows her stuff in finance. No going back and forth, just recommendations for certain warranty add ons. Even though you guys are 35 minutes away, and we have a Ford dealership about 8 minutes away, we will make the drive for all our needs to you fine people!! Thank you for the experience!!

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. My wife and I had a great buying experience at AutoNation Scottsdale. Our salesman Sheridan did a great job finding us a white 2 door base Sasquatch. We were working through another dealer that didn't seem that interested in making a deal we could live with and offered an offensively low trade in.

I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable.
