I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Worked with MIKE on used car purchase. Fabulous salesman. Competent, knowledgeable, very helpful. He made the entire used car-buying experience enjoyable . His honesty and integrity was evident from the get go. He truly was on my side from beginning of deal to handing me the keys! Sarah is very professional and helpful. The dealership that sold the car lost the second key. After receiving my second key, I had difficulties getting that dealership to arrange payment. Sarah contacted that dealership and arrange payment for my second key programming. Excellent service.

I worked with Michelle while selling my Vette yesterday and she was outstanding. She was very professional but best of all was how personable she was. I felt like I had made a friend. We came to what I felt was a win-win deal very quickly. Great experience and a great employee!

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

Daniel was a huge help with the purchase of my 2017 F150. From the get go he was easy to talk with, there wasn?t any pressure put on me to buy the truck. He was helpful will any questions that I had. If he did not know the answer to my question he would find out for me. Thank you Daniel!

Fine experience. I wanted a fairer price on my trade in but overall, I'm happy with the experience. I like my car that i purchased.

I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, really just starting to look. Rhonda, my salesperson, was excellent. She listened to what I was looking for, and we went out to the lot. First thing was to make sure my oars fit, and once that was done a test ride. We looked at various models of the same car, and she was VERY clear on what the packages were, whether I?d want them, etc. She got a sale. In and out in under two hours, including time to detail the car. What?s more, they returned my rental car for me, cleaned it first, all done.

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well. The process was so fast, efficient, and well handled. I couldn't be happier with Bowen Scarff and also with Randy Good. Exceptional, especially since I, along with most others, dread the car buying experience. Randy was a no BS salesperson. Showed me the options, explained the differences between models and trim levels. There was never a moment where we felt pressured to buy. Fantastic!!

Fabian in the service department is an A+. Straight forward and keeps you updated on what is going on. Understands budgets and does his best to keep you in yours but making sure your car is in the best working condition. Have gone here since 2020. Love them
