Nice vehicle! They cheated out on the interior not a fan of the rough plastic as it attracts everything and not easy to come off! Def not a fan of the cut out arm rest and the steering wheel is small! Gas mileage ok on this trim! The weheel well are “Carpeted” which makes me think moisture and fast rusting issues! Had to add mud flaps and will need a tonneau cover. Some cosmetic disappointment- but overall a decent little truck- I downsized from a fully loaded lariat F150 so it’s a drastic change for space and luxury. But fords f150 trans issues and recalls made me rethink my options. Always supported ford but lately I’ve been concerned!! They don’t honor their screw ups except with bulletins! Last chance Ford on this one! Hope it doesn’t disappoint!!! I’d recommend it if you want a smooth ride ! It’s a “cute” little truck so far so good! Check back in a year I’d updated if I could here! A lot of pluses but def miss a lot of comforts I had in my other truck- maybe ford should reach out to current owners for better ideas in the future cuz the interior is very cheap looking and I hate they are all pewter blue….should of left it black and regular material for dash n door skins! My opinion - it’s not a bad vehicle if you don’t need a lot of space.

It was just an oil and filter change which went well. I always have my car serviced there because I hope to trade it in over there.

Absolutely great truck!! Tustin Ford gave me a great deal on my new 2025 hybrid Maverick! I would definitely recommend this truck to anyone who wants a pickup truck that gets amazing gas mileage!!!

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

Absolutely amazing service center, I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in and get everything done for a great price! I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! We had a great experience with Mitch! When we got to the dealership for our test drive he was super familiar with the vehicle and was able to tell us all the details. I have worked with sales associates at dealerships who are not familiar with all the features like that, so I really appreciated him doing his homework and being prepared and knowledgeable. The dealership is kid friendly, clean and everyone is really nice to work with. We will come back if and when we need another vehicle!

Doug was very patient. He made sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted and made it a very easy process. we found the vehicle that I wanted and then he held it for me for three weeks while I was out of town.

Had my car in for service at Hastings Ford for new tires and some repairs etc. Nicole, the service advisor, was wonderful. She has great communication and kept me updated with progress of repairs. Nicole also handled all of the communication and dealing with the warranty company, which I really appreciated. It was really helpful having just one service advisor to work with and ended up liking that the service department was smaller and not as hectic as others. I really appreciate having my “go to lady” in the service dept. 😊

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Update to previous review, I took the car into the dealership today. Gave them a letter of everything that happened to the manager. He went and talked to the appropriate people. Than had a detailed clean it and do what he could also said if that did work they had another solution to try. The car now smells new again after a month and my wife can finally ride in it again. I want to apologize and thank the Manager for understanding and helping us fix the horrible smell. I at this point would definitely buy from Hastings Ford again.

We found a used F150 online at Hastings Ford that met our needs. We scheduled a test drive and ended up buying the truck. It was as advertised - the differentiator for us was the service we received, and the no pressure sales and ability to negotiate. We had never been to Hastings Ford and we are happy to leave them a 5 star review for the unit as advertised and the best service we've received from a dealership. Shout out to the entire sales/finance team for working with us on a snowy, late Friday afternoon.

What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.
