Eric M. And team did it again! I ordered some accessories from Ford online. I realized I didn’t need a mat to cover a cargo area in back. Went to return but parts needs the original box because it has specific parts number on it. So they were not going to be able to refund me. Eric M. and Matt F. Went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get refunded!! Don’t throw away parts box!! Thanks again guys!! Love my new explorer and all weather mats!!

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

Looked on the interweb and found a truck that was the right color and had all the features I wanted. Needed extended range gas tank for travel and had to have lumbar support in the drivers seat. I like my new Ford pick'emup truck. Jeff the sales person at Woodhouse wasn't high pressure and closed the deal. This is the second truck I've bought from Woodhouse. Wish Ford sold the XL trucks with a power seat option.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I’ve bought many, many cars over my life and can honestly say that this was by far the easiest dealership I’ve ever bought from. Matthew Ahlgren was fantastic from beginning to end and patiently answered all my questions and ran everything down quickly for me. The bonus is that they charge no dealership fees at all which is a first to me. Their pricing was more than fair and they were transparent from start to finish. I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Great selection of vehicles. Fast and easy buying process. Worth driving to Blair to purchase my new truck. If they did not have what you want, they would find it.

I live in California and wanted a Ford Escape Hybrid with AWD and the cold weather package. I could not find a dealer in Calif that had one or one that wanted to help me find one out of state. I found this one on the Ford website. From my first call to Baxter Ford I spoke to Jodee. She assisted me thru the whole process. I was happy to be able to deal with just one person. I'm sure I was not the easiest customer as I was in California, buying a car out of state for the first time. Jodee was avail for all of my calls and questions even after hours due the 2 hour time difference. She was very professional. I had to fly from California to Des Moines thenhad a family member drive me to Omaha. One long day. Jodee met me at front door when I arrived at the dealership. She made the whole purchase very easy. I would recommend the dealership and Jodee to anyone in the market.

The best buying experience for a new car ever. Jesse Gloystein was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman ever, he put no pressure on us and worked diligently to find a perfect car for us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and easy to navigate through all of the paperwork.

Second F150 I have purchased from Woodhouse Ford of Omaha in last 12 months. Bought XLT last year but wanted to step up to 2020 Lariat this year. Trade on XLT was fair. Both vehicles were purchased via internet, text and phone, and they were delivered to my door 150 miles away!! I really like the internet pricing and details of vehicle on their website. All staff very helpful and timely in contacting me. Herman Shields was my sales rep both times. Herman did a great job handling the details of sale for me. Michaela in the service department did a fantastic job of helping me get the right accessories added to my Lariat (rock guard and splash guards, bed liner and Tonneau cover - I really like the hard roll up). Truck delivered as promised with exactly what I wanted. Very good experience twice in less than 12 months. That should tell you something!

Purchased a new 150 no rush or pressure a great place to buy a car

Set up a test drive, car was ready and running for us. They let us drive it by ourselves. We were gone for about 45 minutes, no problem. Salesman answered all our questions , no pressure. Go visit for yourself, we had a great experience.

It was on time for everything from start to finish and the Eric was very professional.

My experience with McMullen Ford was outstanding! I found a new truck I wanted via Cars.com and McMullen Ford had the one I wanted on their lot. I emailed the dealership and they were prompt to reply and provide any information I needed. I worked out the purchase, flew out to Iowa where the salesman met me at the airport and took me over to the dealership. I went over the vehicle, did some paperwork, and drove home in my new truck!
