Having problems with tire pressure sensor light. Stopped by service area to make appt. Randy Tant met me and took my car. Told me problems and it was fixed and I was on my way. I appreciate his friend demeanor and the quick service.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. This was the easiest time I have ever had buying a vehicle. They gave me a fair value on my trade-in. They handled all the paperwork with ease. I had the truck delivered to me and they picked up my truck. I was extremely happy with the whole process. I would highly recommend Reddick Brown Ford.

Better than previous visit, service department wouldn?t even try to help solve an issue, but circumstances was an out for ford to be responsible. My last service visit and recall repair couldn?t have went any better

I was pleasantly greeted at this dealership, treated with respect and kindness. During the process the salesperson (sunshine) was easy to talk with, not to pushy, and good sense of humor. She gave me plenty of time to decide whether or not to purchase the vehicle after negotiations. Overall the experience was pretty good.
