Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I simply requested that they contact me about a car they had that I was interested in and of course I heard back from them.

Rob and Joe were amazing and the car was in perfect condition. I drive 3.5 hours and they were very courteous and professional.

First and best experience at a dealership thanks to Kole Tomaj. The process was smooth he worked with me very well he was very informative and overall down to earth and awesome. Made me feel like a comfortable customer. Ford needs employees like this that are real and not fake and very respectful and a professional. Kole Tomaj and his boss Miles who is a very professional character as well and projects, that of what a supervisor should be, were the most helpful and help me in the situation that was very complicated due to negligence of others. I can’t speak for other departments at Ford, but the sales team with Miles and Kole Tomaj 5 star. A+.

Tasca Ford has amazing staff and they treat you with respect. They listened to my issues with my Bronco and resolved most of it. The Service department staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and very welcoming. Did get my 22 Bronco from Tasca Ford but they treated me like the vehicle was from that dealership. They had a loaner available as soon as i got there and the loaner vehicle department was very helpful. Service Advisor Anil Mangar was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date via, phone, text and email. He listened to all my concerns and guaranteed resolutions. The one issue that cant be resolved is just a Ford issue and Service Advisor Anil has been trying his best with Ford HQ to resolve. Anil is a true representative of FORD and TASCA Ford dealership is an amazing representation for FORD's highest quality with regards on how customers should be treated. Please recognize this dealership and especially Anil from service. The are the reason I am sticking with FORD after all the issues with my 22 Bronco

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT TASCA FORD 900 CENTRAL PARK AVENUE IN YONKERS ON APRIL 1ST,2024 FOR MY 2020 FORD FUSION. THE CAR NEEDED 3 MOTOR & TRANSMISSION MOUNTS, AND A HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP THE LABOR FOR THE JOB WAS PUT THRU FORD WARRANTY THE CAR HAS 19,666 MILES ON IT. THE JOB DIDNT COST ME ANYTHING AND THIS IS WHAT THE DEALER WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO DO PUT THE REPAIRS THRU THE FORD WARRANTY,THAT DEALER WAS LEO KAYTES FORD WARWICK,N.Y. ,DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!!. MY SERVICE ADVISOR WAS ERIC ESTRADA HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND RELIEF FOR ME TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM THAT I HAD AT THE PREVIOUS DEALER LEO KAYTES FORD WARWICK. ALSO THE PARTS MANAGER TOOK BACK SOME SUPPLIES THAT I HAD PURCHASED AT TASCA FORD WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED,I WOULD GIVE BOTH ERIC ESTRADA AND THE PARTS MANAGER A (20) NOT A (10) AND I WILL BUY MY NEXT CAR AT TASCA FORD IN YONKERS AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME,AND PLEASE DONT EVER BUY A CAR AT LEO KAYTES FORD IN WARWICK.THEY ARE NOT ACREPUTABLE FIRM!! If the last review was written on my behalf it is inaccurate. There is a miscommunication but Stevens 112 ford is working diligently to make make it right.

My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!
