I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I am so glad I found the MOGF Service Department, and specifically Michelle. I tend to get a sense of a place as soon as I walk in, whether I want to do business with them or not, and all I got was good vibes from them. Michelle was patient, funny, thorough, and empathetic. Definitely made a stressful situation so much better.

We had an excellent experience with Rod & Kevin at the Mall of GA Ford. We had been to several other dealerships, but they lacked inventory of the vehicle we liked most. I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone.
