It was a good experience. One thing I wish dealerships would get better at is honestly up front. It worked out well because I loved the vehicle I bought but it wasn?t the vehicle I went to see. I understand that internet sales people can be immediately responsive, but they also aren?t on site or have a true picture of inventory. I stopped talking to them when I realized they didn?t have a clue. Fat forward, Hunter was great, not pushy and understood the assignment. David in finance was great too, and I walked out with the car I didn?t know I wanted and the deal I needed.

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

Jonathan Munoz is my service advisor and he?s been great. Makes getting the work done on my company vehicle a breeze. It?s nice to see the same friendly face when I come in for service.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! I drove down from Dallas b/c every dealership I had spoken to wanted $3k for add-ons. Johnny B made things quick and easy. When it comes to Ford, I'll never buy from anyone else.

Representatives were helpful and cordial but the process which was pretty much completed by the time I went to pick up the vehicle took two additional hours. That is not acceptable!
