I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I was on the hunt for a used truck. Came across a few that I was interested in on the Facebook marketplace that their salesman, Mark Mcnease had posted. Their dealership was three hours away, so I did all of my looking and research through pictures, video and FaceTime with Mark. He test drove the trucks for me, gave me feedback on everything that I wanted to see and hear, and even helped guide me to what he believed was the better choice of vehicles that I was looking for. Best used car experience I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve had over 40 vehicles. We made a fair deal on the car and they delivered it! They had a driver bring it to me from three hours away. The truck was spotless when it arrived and it was everything I hoped for AND more. After driving for a few days, I noticed that the rear wheels were making a screeching noise. I took it to a local dealer to discover that whoever installed the brake pads had put the clips on incorrectly, and they were scraping against the rotors. It cost me $400 to have those brake pads replaced. I called Mark to let him know that whoever did the brakes on the vehicle, installed the clips incorrectly. He informed me that he thought the dealership had replaced those as part of their inspection process, but he needed to confirm that. I got a text message from him a couple of days later that it was their fault and the dealership would be sending me a check for the cost of having to replace those brake pads. The dealership followed through on that! I know I’ve rambled on a bit, but this has been the best dealership I’ve ever done business with, and I think it all needs to be said. I will definitely buy from them again. You can trust that you will get a good vehicle, and trust that they will stand behind their vehicles. I recommend you talk to Mark!

I found a Bronco on Woody Folsom Fords Website on a Friday night. My husband got in touch with a salesman the next morning to make sure it was still available. It was, so I headed to Baxley to check it out. When I arrived the Bronco was sitting out front, all washed and ready for a test drive. I decided to make the purchase. The process was quick and everyone involved was doing their best to get me out the door as fast as possible. I was back on the road in my new Bronco in less than an hour and a half.

Their service managers and technicians have been excellent and seven years later. My truck is still driving like a brand new one after they have serviced at under warranty three times. I would not purchase another vehicle for me or my wife at any other location.
